  • Nouns of have genders in Egyptian Arabic. Like romance languages, they are masculine and feminine. While we give you the gender of each noun where relevant, it’s important to memorize noun genders.
  • Egyptian Arabic can be really weird with plural nouns. It doesn’t really follow any set rules in pronunciation. Because of that you just kind of have to memorize them by heart.
